Prepare a flight record pack for review

Bring pilot, aircraft and mission evidence together before preparing your submission.

  1. Gather the aircraft identity, pilot credentials, mission purpose, flight timestamps and source logs.
  2. Document the applicable airspace restrictions and permission evidence for the operation. A takeoff coordinate alone does not describe an entire route.
  3. Have a reviewer check the records and confirm the receiving portal’s current format. LogSkies does not yet offer a verified eGCA bulk-upload template.
